We were extremely proud of each and every student who collected their GCSE results in August and we celebrated significant improvement in GCSE results overall. The 2025 cohort experienced the most disruption to their education due to the impact of the pandemic. Despite this, they achieved our highest overall performance in the past three years.

CHS Headteacher, MsThurland, believes this is testament to our core values of 'courage, curiosity and ambition'.

She commented: "We are hugely proud of every single student who has worked so hard and overcome individual challenges to achieve greatness.

"These results are not just numbers—they represent stories of perseverance, growth, and ambition fulfilled."

Many students will be returning to the Sixth Form College in September to commence their A Levels and vocational studies.

Pictured are some of our students collecting their outstanding results. Whatever the next steps are for our 2025 cohort students, we wish them all the very best for the future!
