Congratulations to Year 8 student, Archie DW and Year 7 Miley DW, who have both passed their Silver 1,2,3 Lifesavers by demonstrating a range of competencies including:

  • Using a buoyant aid, demonstrate a throwing rescue of a casualty 8 metres away and helping a casualty climb out of shallow water using the stirrup lift
  • Using Initiative, rescue one casualty in difficulty up to 5 Metres away
  • Wearing clothing, swim head up and in your front continuously for 20 metres.

What a great achievement!
