More great Swimming results from Year 10 Oscar dV, who is now swimming in the 16+ Open Age category at county level. Despite this being a massive transition, Oscar still came away with armfuls of medals, trophies and championship titles from this year's Staffordshire County Championships. This was the first time Oscar had won an event outright outside of his home club galas. which he was quite rightly delighted about.

Oscar's results from the Championships were as follows:

  • 800 free: Junior & Senior champ, 1st 16+
  • 200 back: Silver in Junior champs
  • 50 fly: Bronze in Junior champs
  • 200 fly: Junior champ and 2nd 16+
  • 100 back: Junior champ
  • 400 free: 2nd Junior and 2nd in 16+
  • 200IM: Junior champ
  • 100 free: 2nd in Junior champs
  • 400IM: Junior champ and 2nd 16+
  • 200 free: 2nd Junior and 2nd 16+
  • 100 fly: 2nd Junior
