Othello Theatre Trip Amazes and Inspires

In November, the Performing Arts Drama team took students from Years 9 to 12 to see Frantic Assembly's Othello at The Lowry theatre in Salford Quays. For many of the students, this was their first visit to this theatre and they were amazed by the size and setting. 

Frantic Assembly are a world-renowned physical theatre company and tickets to the show were sold out quickly and it was easy to see why!  The students were so animated leaving the theatre and it completely inspired them and their work since in their Drama lessons. 

The next trip is to see Noughts and Crosses in January.
