Year 10 Lauren C has qualified to swim in the 200m Fly event at the English Nationals in Sheffield this summer. We look forward to hearing great news in August!
Back in October Lauren swam in the North Midlands Championships winning seven gold medals and one silver medal. The results qualified her to compete in seventeen events at the Cheshire County Championships in January where she went on to achieve thirteen entry times for the Swim England North West Regionals, making finals in four of these events in April. The time Lauren achieved in the 200m butterfly final has led to her qualifying for the English National Championships taking place in August at Sheffield's Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.
