Mia Plans a Fire Service Career

We were very proud of all of our Year 8 students who graduated from the Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service RESPECT course last term. They all gained so much from this.

Mia F enjoyed the course so much that she has now joined the Fire Cadets in Sandbach and has plans to pursue a career in the Fire Service.

Throughout the RESPECT course, Mia was really inspired by a former Cadet named Elaine from Sandbach, who went to Nepal as a Cadet and helped to build a school for children who had no education. Elaine is also an inspiration to Mia as "She is now one of the most respected females in the fire service."

Well done, Mia, we look forward to hearing about your successful Fire Service career in a few years' time!
