Scholarly Excellence from GCSE English Students

Our English teacher, Mrs McKenzie, has shared some of the work submitted by her GCSE students, which demonstrates our "Scholarly Excellence" school vision.

Year 10 students, Jozsef dT and Lauren C, have delivered "outstanding timed essays on Power and Conflict poetry. They both show excellent listening and comprehension skills in class and very thorough essay preparation homework".

Year 11 students, Isabel B and Tyra T, "both showed excellent use of new terminology in their timed essays on Lady Macbeth". 

Well done to these four students, who are working hard and demonstrating scholarly excellence in these very important school years.
